How contest will make you traffic and money, step by step here
Hello all;
Have you ever came across any contest online?
Guess what, instead of they giving us money, they already sold us.
Think of that, really make me laughing.
Here, what I mean. I myself not really in international market (yet).
But, this work for my local market.
Competition.
People love free money (read : opportunity to make money)
When you offer a chance to win easy money, they are a lot of replies you will get.
Ok, to make it short, I will explain step by step what have I doing.
This “awesomely” (is there any word like that 
) work for those who have blog and autoresponder.
1. Post an entry to your blog. State there you are going to do a small contest.
2. Set the rules as easy as it can be.
3. Make sure you put viral element in your contest such as,
- tweet this sentence (which inlude the your contest url)
- post this quote to blog
- etc
4. State clearly what present you offer for a winner. I suggest, it is not a cash, unless it is so much

- tweet contest
- newsletter contest
- referal contest
- affiliate contest
- best review contest
- etc

About monetizing;
Remember that I have said about viral element?
From there, you will get a traffic booster.
As most of us aware, traffic is money.
Besides monetize indirectly, you can even ask for sponsorship.
One of the way I did before, is referal contest.
Those who get the highest referal from my report, will be the winner.
Inside the report, I place some ads placement.
Then, I ask for sponsorship from colleagues. I tell them, what the pottential and
the benefit they can get from sponsoring my viral report….

You need to match the contest with the theme/niche of your blog and also the way you currently monetize your blog. For example, if your blog/website is getting and keeping lots of visitors from social bookmarking, monetizing with Adsense is not effective. On the other hand, building a list and selling your list subscribers on the backend will work much better (as long as your subscribers are correctly segmented).
